Ludlowe Center for Health and Rehabilitation is a 144 bed skilled nursing facility with a very active Short Term Rehab Unit, located in beautiful Fairfield, CT. We are actively searching for a Full Time MDS Coordinator.
Ideal candidates MUST be an RN with current and comprehensive
knowledge of MDS, PPS and
Medicare/Managed Care guidelines.
